What happens next?
A little is enough to begin.
01
I'll get back to you.
I aim to respond within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from me after that, please check your junk folder or contact me again.
02
We can arrange a conversation.
If you're considering counselling, we can arrange a free 15-minute chat. You can ask questions and get a sense of how it feels to talk together.
03
Take time to decide.
There is no expectation to make a decision during that conversation. You can consider whether you would like to arrange a first session.
Need urgent support?
This form is not monitored continuously, and I'm unable to provide urgent or crisis support.
If you need help now, please visit the Crisis Support page for services that can help.
Prefer to email me directly?
You can let me know if here are any particular times or ways you would prefer me to contact you.
