If you are considering counselling, we can arrange a free 15-minute introductory conversation. You can ask questions, tell me a little about what has brought you here and get a sense of how it feels to talk with me. There is no expectation to make a decision during the conversation.
Face-to-face and online sessions.
Face-to-face sessions take place in a private therapy room in Rugby. The full address will be provided once an appointment has been arranged. I also offer online counselling across the UK.
