If you need urgent help.

If you're in immediate danger, or you feel unable to keep yourself or someone else safe, please get in touch with the emergency services by calling 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.

If you're struggling and need someone to talk to, these organisations are available to offer support:

  • Samaritans – Available 24 hours a day, every day.

  • NHS 111 Mental Health Support

    • If you're experiencing a mental health crisis and it's not an emergency, call 111 and select the mental health option (available in many areas of England), or visit 111.nhs.uk.

I am unable to offer crisis support or respond to urgent messages outside of our agreed sessions.

If you are in crisis, please use one of the services above, or contact your GP if your situation is not immediate but you need additional support.
